Close relatives include parents, step-parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents.

It was a full house for the AEGIS Spring Conference held last Thursday 17th March 2016, Grand Connaught Rooms -London. We have had much positive feedback about the speakers and venue, including:
“It was a very useful day and I came back with some ideas and contacts.”
“Thank you for a really excellent conference!”
It was the first time that London was chosen as the location for the annual conference and it proved successful, the event was fully booked with a waiting list. Guardianship is a niche industry, so it is always great to have people interested in the welfare of international students all in one place, sharing experiences.
Our delegates included school staff, established Guardianship Organisations and those relatively new to the guardianship world. At the end of the conference one Guardianship Organisation member of staff, about to undergo the accreditation process, said that she was excited about the future. Those sorts of comments highlight the importance of such an event. We are very thankful to all our delegates for attending and our speakers for taking part.
