“The Directors take care to understand the student and parents’ wishes before agreeing to taking on the role as guardian. They understand the importance of having shared values and expectations. Fusion Education Support provide parents with support with finding schools and all arrangements that are required pre-arrival. Students are well prepared for their move to the UK, such as by offering remote English lessons and by helping them to understand cultural differences. The Directors have fostered effective communication with school staff and are proactive in attending any parental events, such as coffee mornings, parents’ evenings and school performances.”
