GEA World Ltd Passes Preliminary Accreditation

GEA World Ltd is an education consultancy and also provides educational guardianship for international students studying the the UK.

The lead inspector reported,

“The UK Director also has the role of designated safeguarding lead (DSL) and demonstrates an appropriate knowledge of what to do should they be faced with a concern. They are aware of the need to report concerns to external agencies should they meet the reporting threshold and understand the importance of liaising with the school DSL where required. The DSL has considered how they would support a student with mental health concerns and understands the need to work closely with the student’s school and to seek specialist support should a concern be identified.”

Preliminary accreditation ensures all the essential requirements are in place to provide educational guardianship for international students.
