GreenA Education provides guardianship services for Chinese students studying in the UK.
The lead inspector reported,
“Student wellbeing is given the highest priority, with the guardian understanding the importance of regularly communicating with students and school staff. The Guardian has completed training with the Samaritans, which is a useful tool to help with managing sensitive conversations with students. They know that they may need to seek advice from specialists where necessary, such as for meeting the needs of a student with a mental health concern. The Guardian is also the designated safeguarding lead and demonstrates an adequate understanding of what this role entails.”
