Orpington Education Ltd Passes Preliminary Accreditation

Orpington Education offers educational guardianship and consultancy services to Chinese families.

The lead inspector reported,

“The Director explained that the safeguarding and care of students is the main focus of the company. Effective relationships are nurtured before students arrive in the UK. Time is spent explaining the arrival process and what to expect when studying in the UK. The students and families get to see the staff either remotely via video or face to face when staff visit China. When students arrive for the first time, they are met and supported. Staff explain that they maintain close contact with students, parents and school staff, attending to any concerns where necessary and helping ensure that the students experience studying in the UK is positive. Staff visit school when required, for example for parents’ evenings and they explained that they are very responsive to student requests.”
