The lead inspector reported,

“Communication begins before students arrive in the UK, when families are provided with support in preparing for the new experience of studying overseas. Time is spent getting to know the students and their parents, so that they know their guardian before they arrive. The Director has first-hand experience of what it is like coming over to study in the UK. She understands the importance of maintaining close contact with students to check that they are happy and settled, not just on arrival, but throughout their stay. Considerate gestures, such as organising social meals and outings, help students know that they are valued and that their guardian cares about their wellbeing.”
