The lead inspector reported,
“Communication with students and parents is frequent via a social messaging app. When a student stays with a homestay, the guardianship organisation check that they are happy. During longer stays, such as for half term, Ten Garden often arranges activities. This enables them to see the students face to face. The activities are carefully planned to extend students’ knowledge of what life is like in the UK.”
