The lead inspector reported,
“The Director (of Thames Hightech Ltd) understands that building an open and trusted relationship with a student is crucial to offering effective support and knows how such relationships will be established through frequent, regular contact, including in person. Supporting a student’s mental health and well-being is seen as an important aspect of the services to be offered.”
